Training Time: 8 -10 hours.
Prerequisites: Basic math, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals and fractions.
Audience: Operators, first-line supervisors, those who have little or no prior exposure to blueprint reading. Also ideal for ongoing and refresher training.
Program content is delivered via video that is broken into easy-to-digest lessons whichinclude concepts, written exercises, and hands-on activities that students to apply what they have learned to your company's processes.
Reading Level: 6th -7th grade.
To get started with this hands-on program, you will need to purchase a Start-Up (SU) package. This package consists of two consists of two parts: a Leader's Pack and a Participant's Kit for each trainee.
Training Design: This performance-based program combines instructor facilitation, video, written exercises, and hands-on application of concepts learned. Blueprint reading is best mastered through this combination of instructional delivery methods, consistent with the proven "tell, show, do, review" learning model.
