Statistical Process Control Pre Test
Upon completion of the No Sweat Blueprint Reading program, it is important to demonstrate your mastery of the information. This Post-Test will help you to do that. Just as with the Pre-Test, you will typically either know the answer, or you won't. Don't make a "guess" about what you think the correct answer is. Once you have completed the test and it has been scored, you can go back and review any answers you have missed. If you will be grading you own test, your instructor will provide you with the answer sheet when you're finished
As with the Pre-Test, administration of the Post –Test will depend on the policy and practices of your company. The Post-Test will allow participants to demonstrate their mastery of the information presented during the training program. A comparison of Pre- and Post-Test scores will show participants just how much they learned by going through this program. Provide each participant with a Post-Test and a pen or pencil, Allow 15 minutes to complete the test. When the participants have finished the Post-Test, provide immediate feedback of their results by allowing each participant to grade his or her own test in a supportive non-threatening environment. Read the correct answers aloud, or ask for volunteers to state their answers to each question.
